Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Minimum 4 years Direct/Indirect Purchasing or Procurement experience
- Excellent command of written & spoken English
- Good command of MS Office programs
- ERP knowledge is a significant plus
- Strong communication, negotiation, coordination, research, and analytical skills
- Experienced in Supplier Management
- Good problem solving, planning and follow up abilities for a sustainable relationship with suppliers
- Ability to interact with suppliers by complying corporate & regulation standards (ISO 13485, MDR, FDA etc.)
- Teamwork oriented with multiple stakeholders
- No obstacle for travel
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Build and manage effective business relationships with suppliers
- Ensure suppliers are fully in accordance with company's sustainability targets to strengthen company's sustainable business
- Develop and implement procurement strategies with cross-functional coordination internally
- For purchase requests, determine the companies to be offered within the framework of the specified technical specifications and to collect price offers
- Work closely with planners and prepare purchase orders and transmitting them to suppliers, and to complete procurement process
- Provide coordination and control of the purchasing order process from preparation cycle to delivery cycle
- Coordinate procurement activities with main stakeholders; R&D, Engineering, QA&RA, Planning/Operation, and Finance teams
- Execute supplier inquiries, to follow-up supplier product quality, supplier delivery performance and to conduct supplier evaluation
- Be responsible of controlling and tracking of the goods and services by invoices, receipts, and other documents
- Take an active role in Supplier Selection & Qualification & Monitoring according to the procedures and regulatory requirements
- Conduct quotation, contract, and price negotiations
