Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
  • 4–7 years of experience in digital product, CRM, growth, or customer experience roles
  • Experience working with mobile applications or digital platforms
  • Exposure to loyalty programs or customer retention initiatives is preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
  • Familiarity with agile working principles
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory

Job Description

  • Manage and prioritize the mobile application backlog in line with business needs
  • Translate business requirements into structured development briefs
  • Coordinate with Developers, UX, and relevant departments during development cycles
  • Monitor engagement, retention, and usage metrics
  • Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement
  • Conduct benchmarking of global and cross-industry loyalty models
  • Develop segmentation logic, tier structures, and reward mechanisms
  • Prepare business case analyses and value frameworks
  • Lead rollout planning and implementation processes
