Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in digital product, CRM, growth, or customer experience roles
- Experience working with mobile applications or digital platforms
- Exposure to loyalty programs or customer retention initiatives is preferred
- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Familiarity with agile working principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory
Job Description
- Manage and prioritize the mobile application backlog in line with business needs
- Translate business requirements into structured development briefs
- Coordinate with Developers, UX, and relevant departments during development cycles
- Monitor engagement, retention, and usage metrics
- Identify optimization opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement
- Conduct benchmarking of global and cross-industry loyalty models
- Develop segmentation logic, tier structures, and reward mechanisms
- Prepare business case analyses and value frameworks
- Lead rollout planning and implementation processes
