We are looking for a Sales Manager for one of our global clients, in industrial manufacturing sector, to work for their factory located in Bulgaria. This is a high-impact role with regional responsibility.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of proven B2B sales background, ideally in industrial/technical product sales
  • Strong track record in new client acquisition, not purely key account management
  • Experience working across international markets, preferably Europe/Balkan region
  • Highly driven, proactive, and results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
  • Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales pipeline
  • Resident in Bulgaria, native Bulgarian speaker, advanced English speaker

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business targets
  • Drive new business development across assigned regions through intense field work
  • Identify, approach, and acquire new clients, expanding market presence
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across multiple countries
  • Continuously monitor market trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Coordinate internally to deliver tailored technical solutions to customers
