As Reed Turkiye, we are looking for a "Head of Operations" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in manufacturing sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a production environment within multinational companies, including at least 5 years in a managerial/team leadership role
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Active driving license and willingness to travel when required
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills
- Dynamic, results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities with effective interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work in shifts when necessary
Job Description
- Provide leadership to the operations team to secure smooth execution of all end-to-end activities.
- Prepare and manage the production calendar and related processes
- Oversee and coordinate the Capex (capital expenditure) process
- Ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing operations
- Collaborate with management to align production objectives with company goals
- Develop, track, and analyze budgets, cost reports, and production performance indicators.
- Lead and drive ongoing continuous improvement projects
- Oversee inventory management of equipment, tools, and resources, ensuring adequate stock levels
- Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations
- Plan and implement process improvements, new technologies, and production-related investments
- Approve and manage the purchasing of equipment and machinery
- Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and procedures
