Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Programmatic platforms, etc.)
- Proven track record in strategic campaign planning, execution, and optimization
- Advanced knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics tools, and attribution models
- Strong ability to lead projects and mentor junior team members
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex campaigns simultaneously
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and strong leadership skills
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee performance marketing strategies across multiple channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative growth strategies
- Act as the primary strategic advisor for key clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Drive campaign efficiency and ROI, leveraging advanced optimization techniques
