As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Accounting Specialist" with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- Graduate of Business Administration, Economics, Econometrics or similar departments of universities
- Knowledgeable about the Uniform Chart of Accounts,
- Familiar with the functioning of Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts,
- Experienced in e-invoice and e-ledger processes,
- Able to prepare monthly declarations such as VAT, Withholding Tax, and Stamp Tax,
- Capable of performing reconciliations,
- Strong understanding and experience in ERP system application (SAP FI is an advantage)
- Good command of MS Office, especially Excel,
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience,
- Open to learning and willing to take responsibility,
- Strong follow-up skills, attentive, detail-oriented, and result-driven,
- Able to adapt to flexible working hours and a good team player,
- Advanced level of English language proficiency.
Job Description
- Managing e-invoice and e-ledger processes,
- Preparing VAT, Withholding Tax, and Stamp Tax declarations and submitting them,
- Supporting Temporary Tax and Corporate Tax processes,
- Supporting month-end and year-end Balance Sheet and Income Statement analysis,
- Supporting the entry and control of vendor invoices and expense reports in SAP,
- Supporting vendor and employee reconciliations,
- Attending weekly meetings with international teams, and following up on daily transactions.
