As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "On site Manager" with below requirements for our client.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all onsite operations related to installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair activities of equipment, instrumentation and control systems at customer facilities,
  • Lead, supervise and develop onsite service teams; ensure high performance, safety and compliance with company and customer standards,
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers on-site; manage expectations, resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction,
  • Oversee troubleshooting, upgrades and major repair activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimal downtime,
  • Ensure flexible implementation of customer requests and continuous optimization of applied technologies and service processes,
  • Monitor and report site performance, KPIs, near misses, incidents and improvement opportunities to senior management,
  • Proactively identify potential future failures, risks and operational disturbances and implement preventive actions,
  • Coordinate training activities for new team members and provide technical and operational guidance to customers when required,
  • Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, company procedures and quality standards across all onsite activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or a related technical discipline,
  • Native or fluent Turkish for local operations; strong command of English at a professional and technical level (both written and verbal) is essential,
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, including proven experience in managing onsite teams or service operations,
  • Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills,
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a dynamic, customer-facing environment,
  • High willingness and flexibility to travel frequently, both domestically and internationally, with no travel restrictions.
