We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health & Safety Specialist (Class A) for our client operating in manufacturing sector in Kırklareli.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Occupational Health & Safety
  • Class A Occupational Health & Safety Specialist Certificate
  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience in the manufacturing sector
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health & safety legislation and on-site practices
  • Proven experience in risk assessment, emergency planning, training, and reporting
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Upper Intermediate English speaker
  • Residing or willing to reside in Kırklareli Central or Lüleburgaz.

Job Description

  • Ensure all company activities are carried out in compliance with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and general safety rules, fulfilling legal obligations and ensuring sustainability of practices
  • Implement and maintain corrective and preventive actions within OHS processes
  • Record work accidents and near-miss incidents, conduct root cause analyses, and propose preventive solutions
  • Develop and implement innovative and best practice OHS applications
  • Organize hazard identification, risk assessment, and analysis activities and prepare action plans accordingly
  • Conduct daily site inspections, identify non-conformities, and coordinate with relevant departments
  • Organize emergency response teams, keep emergency plans up to date, and conduct regular drills
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management to monitor and improve OHS targets
  • Effectively manage OHS and management systems documentation and actively participate in implementation processes
