Reed Turkey is looking for a "Sales Trainer" with the following qualifications for our client in the FMCG sector.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills with a passion for sharing knowledge and continuous learning. Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about generating new ideas and conducting research.
  • Comfortable delivering presentations, facilitating discussions or workshops, and proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Keen interest in the latest technological developments, with experience in managing websites or digital platforms.
  • Enjoys teaching and knowledge‑sharing, with a genuine willingness to support others’ learning journeys.
  • Curious and investigative mindset—constantly questioning, exploring, and seeking new information.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate training or sales roles; FMCG sector experience is highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
  • Direct sales experience is an additional advantage.

Job Description

  • Develop, implement, and evaluate training initiatives that boost sales performance and employee skills, leveraging the latest methodologies and technology for experiential learning.
  • Collaborate with sales, HR, and other departments to identify training needs, develop annual strategies, and deliver targeted training interventions.
  • Serve as a key resource for the sales team, offering guidance, and fostering a supportive learning environment. Your role involves not just training but also being a mentor and advisor.
  • Continuously assess and report on the effectiveness of training programs, adapting strategies to meet evolving needs and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Oversee training budgets, coordinate with managers on training topics, and manage digital training platforms, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective learning outcomes.
