As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Accounting Specialist" with below requirements for our client.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience required (FMCG & manufacturing company experience is a plus)
- Excellent command of SAP knowledge
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially with advanced knowledge of Excel
- Working carefully and result-oriented in business follow-up
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
- Having a positive attitude
- Being SMMM is a plus
Job Description
- Registration of general administrative and marketing expense invoices
- Supplier reconciliations & Issuing necessary return invoices
- Guiding the employees in selecting the correct expense items, acting as the contact person between Purchasing and Finance
- Improvement and standardization of processes “Identification and correction of erroneous entries”
- Being main contact person for the suppliers reconciliations and SAP clearings
- Registration of insurance/policy accounts and process tracking
- Registrations and tracking of expense accounts for future months/years
- Performing and monitoring monthly foreign exchange valuation activities
