Import – Export Specialist
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related fields (Foreign Trade, Business Administration, Economics, etc.)
- 0–3 years of experience in import/export operations (experienced or entry-level candidates are welcome)
- Advanced level of English (written & spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Job Description
- Managing import and export operational processes
- Coordinating with customs brokers, logistics companies, and suppliers
- Monitoring order, shipment, and delivery processes
- Preparing and checking import/export documents (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.)
- Handling correspondence with international customers and suppliers
- Preparing operational reports
- Following up on foreign trade regulations and procedures
