As Reed Turkey, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Country Sales Manager for our client operating in the Construction,Mining and Road Machinery. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a team of sales professionals across two divisions and driving revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree, engineering is not a must, but a plus
- Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
- Proven track recordin construction machinery sales,
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading large, field-based sales teams.
- Excellent command of English (both written and spoken).
- Strong commercial acumen and a well-established industry network/portfolio.
Requirements:
- Lead and manage the entire national sales organization, providing strategic leadership
- Directly oversee a team of 15+ sales professionals, including field sales managers and after-sales operations staff.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the mining and construction industries.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
