As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Welding Engineer" with below requirements for our multinational client.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor welding procedures in compliance with industry standards and company policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to production teams regarding welding methods, materials, and equipment.
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure weld quality and adherence to specifications.
- Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering departments to improve processes and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain documentation related to welding procedures, qualifications, and inspections.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering.
- International Welding Engineer (IWE) or equivalent welding certification.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in welding engineering or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of welding standards, materials, and inspection techniques.
- Good understanding of safety practices in welding operations.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork abilities
