As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Procurement Coordinator" with below requirements for our multinational client operating in Energy sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree is a plus,
- CIPS L4/5 qualification, working towards or equivalent standard,
- At least 5 years of experience in energy sector,
- Recent / valid certification in ethical and procurement international standards,
- Good understanding of commercial terms and conditions of purchase,
- Fluent in Turkish and advanced knowledge / practice in English,
- Advanced level of Office 365 Purchase Order System,
- Reside or willing to reside in Ankara.
Responsibilities
- Develop, adjust, and successfully carry out procurement and logistical plans for the project,
- Ability to do several tasks at one time, keep detailed records, verify parts numbers between specifications and catalogues or inventories, and manage several deliveries at once in a fast-paced workplace,
- Lead the contract agreement meetings with the vendors,
- Handle unforeseen circumstances, such as supply chain or delivery problems, and adjust plans as needed to resolve the issues.
