As Reed Turkey, we are looking for a "Service Operations Manager" with below requirements for our client operating in the industrial and heavy equipment sector, based in Ankara. This role will lead after‑sales service operations and drive operational excellence. This role is critical in ensuring high‑quality service delivery, strong customer satisfaction, and sustainable service business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,
- Strong experience in service operations within an industrial or heavy equipment environment
- Strong experience in leading workshop and field service teams
- Solid knowledge of service sales, warranty management, and customer support processes
- Proven ability to manage service KPIs and use data for operational decision‑making
- Upper‑Intermediate or advanced level of English speaking proficiency
