As Reed Turkey, we are looking for an "Manufacturing Technology Expert – Machining" with the below requirements for our international manufacturing client.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support machining technology projects across Festo’s global production network
- Develop, optimize, and implement machining processes and manufacturing technologies
- Analyze and improve machining concepts, NC programs, and production processes
- Support machine selection, commissioning, validation, and process release activities
- Define and drive global machining standards and best practices
- Support industrialization, relocation, technology transfer, and continuous improvement projects
- Evaluate and introduce innovative machining technologies and manufacturing solutions
- Conduct technical trainings and facilitate knowledge transfer across international production sites
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and project teams worldwide to ensure efficient and standardized manufacturing processes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
- 5-7 years of experience in machining technologies and manufacturing processes
- Experience in Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- Strong knowledge of NC programming, preferably Creo NC or Hexagon Esprit
- Experience in technical project leadership or project management
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel internationally

- Knowledge of German
- Experience working in an international manufacturing environment
- Experience with machining equipment procurement, commissioning, and validation activities
- Experience in technology transfer, industrialization, or relocation projects
- Familiarity with global manufacturing standards and continuous improvement methodologies
